Born from the lonely reality of leadership.

Over the last decade, Kyle has coached nearly 5,000 founders, startup leaders, CEOs, and owners. In 2017, Kyle joined Michael Hyatt’s Business Accelerator executive coaching program, honing his skills through group and individual teaching and one-on-one work with hundreds of business leaders from across the globe.

COTHINK’R was born from Kyle’s insight into the often lonely and anxious reality of leadership. He saw that most leaders weren’t just overwhelmed, they were craving a trusted “co-thinker” to help them navigate growth challenges they’d never faced before.

With over 30 years of executive experience across industries, including architecture, legal services, real estate, and consulting, Kyle has led both small and large teams in operations, technology, sales, marketing, and product development.

Trained as an architect, he brings a design-minded approach to every challenge and opportunity, applying the principles of design to build clarity, alignment, and momentum.
