This is designed for founders, owners, and executives running established businesses generating $1M–$10M annually, who are ready for structure, accountability, and a peer group that pushes their thinking. If you're not sure, take the 5-minute assessment and you'll have a clear answer in minutes.
How is the P3 Method™ different from EOS® or Scaling Up®?
EOS® and Scaling Up® are excellent at building the engine of your business, including structure, terminology, team tools. But they often fall short on direction: a clear vision, a compelling plan, and the fuel to follow through. The P3 Method starts where they leave off.
How much time does this require each week?
The weekly rhythm is designed to fit into a busy founder's schedule, typically 60–90 minutes of focused planning work per week, plus quarterly half-day virtual workshops. The system reduces wasted time far faster than it adds it.
Do I need a team to make this work?
Not immediately. Many Cohort members start using the system to lead themselves with more clarity, then roll it out to their team once the rhythm is established. The P3 Method works at both the individual and organizational level.
What happens after I apply?
Applications are reviewed within 48 hours. If it looks like a strong fit, you'll be invited to a short conversation with Kyle, no pressure, no pitch. Just a real conversation to make sure this is the right move for where you are right now.
What if I need more than a peer group can offer?
